1 – Jumeirah Beach Park

Jumeirah Beach Park is a nice park with a crowded beach with extensive grounds comprising of fresh gardens of pleasant places with barbecue, children area and some bars. Jumeirah Beach Park was opened in 1989 to become an attractive oasis of freshness in the middle of the city where many tourists now relax and enjoy the beach to get away from the high temperatures of the city.

It is ideal to spend a quiet day at this spot. Jumeirah Beach Park has facilities of more than 12 hectares that make it an ideal place to enjoy a beach day with the pleasant freshness of its green space areas.

This beach is about as advisable as Al Mamzar Beach Park and offers the advantage that it is closer to Downtown Dubai.

It is located at Jumeirah Beach Road. The visiting hours are every day from 7 AM to 23 PM. Entry on Mondays is reserved only for women and children.

5AED is the general entry fee to the park a car will cost 20AED.

It is also known as Russian Beach due to a great number of Russian tourists visiting it. Open Beach is a public beach and is located near Downtown Dubai, close to Jumeirah Beach Park. The beach has paved walkways, hammocks, umbrellas and showers, but there are no shaded green areas as those with Al Mamzar Beach Park and Jumeirah Beach Park.

Open Beach is a free public beach, which is especially crowded on Fridays when workers are at rest since Friday is off day in Dubai. For this reason and the lack of other facilities, people with calm nature choose the beaches of their hotels or premium beaches which are not very expensive cheap and offer many facilities. It is a perfect beach for walking.

Open Beach is located at Jumeirah Beach Road between Bur Dubai and Downtown Dubai. Bus lines 8, 88 and C10 are available for transport.

1 – Al Mamzar Beach Park

Al Mamzar Park was opened in the year 1994, and with its green vegetation, it protects a beautiful beach with calm waters and clear sand where hundreds of tourists enjoy the sun and warm waters.

To spend the day, The park has an area of over 100 hectares including many green areas, showers, barbecues, playgrounds for kids, swimming pools and the rental cabins. As it happens elsewhere, due to the country’s customs, on Wednesdays the entry is only allowed for women and children.

The beach at Al Mamzar Beach Park is a favorite of tourists visiting Dubai. Its waters are very quiet, it has shaded areas with its palm trees and the park has complete facilities that allow a nice day away from the heat of the asphalt.

The only disadvantage is that it is farther from Dubai, especially if you are staying south of Downtown Dubai. In this case, the best alternative would be to Jumeirah Beach Park.
