The text on the patch on the inside should be perfectly centered on the top front with Louis Vuitton written at the top, followed by the place where it was made, usually listed as Paris, but it may also appear such as USA, Switzerland, Germany or Italy.
Backpacks, bags and vintage pieces should offer a yellow-green coloration. The leather upholstery around should also have yellow stitching with white authenticity cards. These are a part of the set of measures that also include LV label and guarantee the authenticity of the product. These should be provided at the time of purchase by the seller, or next to the wallet if purchased online. Any seam that is not yellow, or a card of authenticity that is of a color other than white, shows that it is not authentic.
